Series 2 of The Last Kingdom began broadcast on BBC Two last Thursday, 16th March. Joseph's character AElfric makes his series 2 reappearance in episode 2, airing 23rd March 217.

All the Devil's Men: shooting location details

Variety has shared news of sales for All The Devil's Men following the launch at the recent EFM in Berlin. In addition, it seems that the film will be shooting in Morocco as well as London. The IMDb page has been updated with more cast members. 

Production in launching in London on the action-thriller “All the Devil’s Men,” starring Milo Gibson, Sylvia Hoeks, William Fichtner and Gbenga Akinnagbe. GFM launched sales at the Berlin Film Festival and has closed deals for Eastern Europe with SPI International, Latin America with California Filmes, Middle East with ECS Film Distribution, Portugal with Outsider Films, Indonesia with PT Prima Cinema Multimedia, Singapore with Shaw Renters and Greece with Odeon.

The Last Kingdom official facebook page has shared a new trailer for series 2 which begins on BBC 2 (and also Netfix apparently), at 9pm on March 16th 2017. Unfortunately the video isn't embeddable, so watch on Facebook. A series 1 video on You Tube, describing how the series was created, is embeddable, and even features a behind the scenes glimpse of Joseph.

The BBC announced yesterday that series 2 of The Last Kingdom would return at 9pm on 16th March 2017. A longer launch trailer has also been shared, but there is no sign of Joseph, who reprises his role in series 2.
