Cinderella : last performance

As reported here, the last performances of Cinderella at the Old Vic were sadly yesterday. For the final performance, there did seem to be a full house, and the atmosphere was brilliant.

Joseph was in particularly strong voice and had us all laughing with his quickwitted responses to a couple of exhuberant audience members...one was declared to be "a nightingale", which led nicely on to the proposal scene.

Our first visit to see Cinderella saw us sitting beside the lovely director Fiona Laird. Our last visit found us sitting beside the lovely fiancee of talented Oliver Chopping (Dandini). It really was a fantastic show.
