Amazon UK & Amazon US have the DVD and Blu-rays for Penny Dreadful and 24: Live Another Day available for pre-order.

24: Live Another Day will be released on 30th September in the US and 6th October in UK.

Penny Dreadful will be released on 7th October in the US and 13th October in the UK.
