The DVD and Blu-ray for The Last Kingdom are available to pre-order on Amazon UK and Amazon US. They will be released in the UK on December 14th 2015 and in the US on January 5th 2016. For those who prefer a digital download, or want it sooner, iTunes UK and iTunes US have the series available to buy as a series / season pass now.
